- There are no ashtanga vinyasa classes on Moon Days.
- 1 May -31 July ashtanga Mysore-style classes are held Monday-Friday, 6:30-8:30am. You must start your practice at 6:30am.
- Bodhi Centre and Yoga Space yoga classes are paid directly to Bodhi Yoga and Yoga Space directly.

Ekam Class Descriptions
Mysore-style self practice: The space where practice becomes meditation. These classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners and we believe this method is the best way to learn ashtanga vinyasa yoga. Mysore-style allows the body to adapt to the practice in its own way on its own time so that you gain freedom and independence within your practice. An instructor is always available for adjustments, guidance, and to add new postures. Start your practice any time between 6-7am, those new to ashtanga please start at 6am.
Traditional Led: Full primary series with postures introduced in Sanskrit. This class is suitable for practitioners who have reached Navasana in their practice, however all practitioners are encouraged to attend in order to learn correct vinyasa and sequencing. Let the count invite you into deeper state of breathing and meditation.
